Shipping & Delivery
red rock traditions makes every attempt to ship orders within 3 business days. Orders with personalized items may take slightly longer to fulfill. After shipment, an email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
red rock traditions partners with several carriers to deliver our products direct to our customers, and most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after it ships. Rural areas may take longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and sent when red rock traditions receives additional inventory. Additionally, if the company determines an item will not be in stock within 30 days it may cancel the order and issue a refund. If an item that you ordered is on back order, you may cancel the order and request a refund, credit on account, or replacement merchandise. To cancel any back ordered item, contact your Consultant. Where does your product ship from?
Our product ships from our distribution center in Edgerton, KS 66021.
What are my shipping options?
red rock traditions ships product through a mix of services and carriers, including FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We do not currently offer expedited shipping services or guaranteed delivery date services.
Will I have to sign for my package?
We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the courier might decide to ask for a signature. This is at the delivery driver’s discretion.
Can I ship internationally?
red rock traditions ships orders only within the US. We do not currently support shipments to Puerto Rico or other US territories.
What are the holiday shipping deadlines?
To ensure adequate time for processing and delivery of your order before the Christmas holidays, please submit your order, paid in full, by December 14. Shipping cut-off times for other holidays can be provided by our Customer Care team directly at email@example.com, or by phone at 844-778-7237 during normal business hours.
