If you have a product concern or question, please contact our Customer Support Team directly at customersupport@demdaco.com, or by phone at 888-336-3226 during normal business hours.

We aim to make product returns as easy as possible.  Please keep in mind the following when returning or exchanging an item:

  • To process a refund, merchandise must be returned by the customer who purchased it from red rock traditions. Verified gift recipients may also return product for an exchange or store credit.
  • All products to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that is obtained by calling the Customer Support Team. This Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned.
  • The return should be accompanied by the original packing slip. Please also write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packing slip.
  • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials should be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement or refund.
  • The best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to redrock traditions with shipping pre-paid.  redrock traditions does not accept shipping-collect packages.    If goods were damaged or delivered in error, the Customer Support Team can issue a pre-paid call tag to facilitate the return.
  • All returns must be received by within 7 days of lodging your request for an exchange or refund.
  • The risk of loss in shipping, for returned product, shall be on the customer sending the return. If returned product is not received at Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the sender to trace the shipment.

We will process your return or exchange upon receipt and inspection of your goods, and will issue any refund within 5-10 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to place the order.  If you paid by credit card a refund will be issued directly to the your card.  If you paid a Consultant directly by cash or check, then the refund will be issued to the Consultant’s credit card and the Consultant will arrange reimbursement directly to you.

The product satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable.   No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.  There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties for a particular purpose.
